How to Make Fermented Tofu with Vegetables

Main ingredients: fermented tofu sauce

Auxiliary ingredients: freshmushrooms,andcelery,andpumpkin,andlotus root,andloofah,and green and red bell peppers,andonion.Seasonings: salt,

chicken essence,sugar,ginger oil,sesame seeds,garlic paste.Cooking method:1. Boil water, blanch loofah strips, carrot, mushrooms, celery, loofah, persimmon pepper, and onion until cooked through, then remove to set aside; take a small bowl, add fermented tofu sauce, mix in salt, chicken essence, ginger oil, sugar, garlic paste.

2. Heat pan with a little oil, add the blanched vegetables, pour in the mixed sauce, stir-fry over high heat until well-coated, then serve immediately.
