Shenchen vinegaris used.Peanuts are needed.

Ingredients: 150 grams of peanuts, 3 tablespoons of shenchen vinegar, 1 stem of Chinese parsley.Half an onion is required.3 tablepoons of peanut oil and 3 drops of white wine are added.2 tablespoons of Li Jinxi vinegar are used.Appropriate salt and half a tablespoon of sugar are needed.
Steps:
① Wash the onion and Chinese parsley, drain them, then cut them into fine pieces.
② Dry the pot completely, then add peanut oil and peanuts.
③ Stir evenly until the peanuts make a crisp sound when they hit the pot and turn color; then turn off the heat.
④ Quickly transfer the peanuts to a flat plate, sprinkle with white wine, mix well, and let them cool down.
⑤ Prepare a bowl and mix shenchen vinegar, Li Jinxi vinegar, salt, and sugar into a sauce.
⑥ Once the peanuts have cooled completely, addChinese parsleyand onion pieces, then pour in the sauce and mix well. Marinate for half an hour to complete.
