.Ingredients:
(1) Salt 1 tablespoon
(2) White Vinegar 1/2 cup(3) Sugar 1/4 cup.Steps:
(1) Wash and slice the red (white) radish, then set aside.
(2) Sprinkle seasoning (1) evenly over the radish, mix well, and marinate for about half a day to soften and release water from the radish.
(3) Drain the brine from the radish, add seasoning (4), stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, then place in a container, cover, and refrigerate.
(4) It can be eaten after cooling to enhance flavor. Refrigerated, it can be stored for about 10 days.
