Steps: 1. Cut the dried tofu into threads.
2. Boil water in a pot, add the dried tofu threads and blanch until the tofu turns white, then remove and let it cool naturally before arranging on a plate; cut the shallot into threads and place them on top of the tofu, with chili circles placed on top.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion segments, cumin seeds, star anise and fry until golden brown to fully extract the fragrance, then remove.
4. Pour the hot oil over the dried tofu, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar,white vinegarmix well and it's done.
