1 cupRice oatmeal flakes (half cup)An appropriate amount of water
Steps:
1. Rinse the yellow beans and use one full cup as per the measuring cup in your blender.
You can soak them overnight, or you can skip this step depending on your blender's function.2. Take half a cup of oatmeal flakes.
3. Place the yellow beans and oatmeal flakes together into the blender, then add an appropriate amount of water up to the water level line.
4. Plug in the power supply and select the dry bean/wet bean option to start making the mung bean milk. Wait for the blender's signal indicating completion.
5. According to personal preference, if you prefer a smoother texture, strain out the residue; however, with oatmeal flakes added, the residue doesn't seem as coarse, so you can drink it directly without straining.
