1. Ingredients:Cowpea pods300g,Sausage100g.
Seasonings: 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar
2. Remove the stems and strings from the cowpea pods, cut them into oblique segments, wash the sausage, then slice it obliquely.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add the sausages and stir-fry until they change color, then remove them from the pan, leaving the oil behind.
(Do not use too much oil; sausages are oily enough. Remove them immediately after they change color to avoid overcooking which affects their texture)
4. Heat the wok again with a little more oil, then add the cowpea pods and stir-fry continuously.(You can use slightly more oil for stir-frying the cowpea pods)
5. Stir-fry until the surface of the cowpea pods puffs up and the edges turn slightly golden, then add the salt and stir evenly.
6. Add the sausages and sugar, stir-fry together until well combined, then serve.
