How to Make Oat Steamed Buns

Ingredients:Flourand quick cooking oatmeal

Seasoning: yeast powder,sugar

Steps:

2|Add oatmeal to flour, dissolve sugar and yeast powder with warm water separately.

3|Mix all materials into a shaggy dough.

4|Knead into a smooth dough.

5|Cover with a wet towel and pot lid.

6|Allow to rise until about 1.5-2 times its original size.

7|Knead again into a smooth dough.

8|Roll into long strips, cut into buns.

9|SteamBrush a steamer with a little cooking oil, place the buns in and let them sit for 20 minutes.

10|Start steaming with cold water, cook over medium-low heat for about 18 minutes.
