Ingredients:EggOne,Flour100 grams,CornMeal50 grams,SugarAdequate, water and cooking oil to taste, yeast and baking soda a little.

Process:

1 Beat the egg, add sugar, quickly stir. If it feels too thick, add some water until foam is produced.

2 Add flour, corn meal, yeast, and baking soda (I added half of the smallest measuring spoon just a pinch).

3 Mix well, not too dry. Adjust with oil and water as needed based on the situation. When using chopsticks to stir, most of the dough will stick to the chopsticks.

4 Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a lid. Let it rise until it's ready. I didn't rush to eat it and left it overnight for one night.

5Rice after rising is much more liquid than when mixed. Sprinkle some dry flour on the bowl, pour in the risen dough, then cover again for an hour. When the surface has expanded and bubbles appear, it's ready.

6 Cover the surface of the bowl with cling film,MicrowaveHigh heat for 3 minutes. Adjust time by adding or reducing half a minute as needed.

I prefer to have a slight alkali taste in my steamed muffins, but if you don't like it, you can omit or reduce the baking soda during preparation.

There are no dried fruits left at home, so I didn't decorate the surface. Later, some can be added.
