How to Make Bird's Nest Soup Egg

Ingredients:Eggs Tigernuts (Snowtons)

Method:

1. Soak the tigernuts and steam them over a water bath.Steam until cooked;2. Boil rock sugar, pour it into the tigernuts, and simmer for half an hour. Place in the refrigerator to cool and reserve;

3. Mix eggs, sugar, and milk thoroughly, then steam over a water bath until cooked;

4. Once the eggs have cooled, place them on top of the tigernuts.Tips:1. Soak the tigernuts for one day in advance to remove impurities.

3. Wrap the eggs in (plastic wrap) before steaming over high heat for 30 minutes.
