Soy SauceEgg
Whenever there weren't enough dishes at home when I was young, Mom would fry a few eggs and add some soy sauce; the taste was fantastic. Now I know this dish is called Soy Sauce Eggs. After frying the egg with soy sauce, it blends well, making the flavor even better.
Main Ingredients: 3 eggs
Seasonings: Appropriate amount of salad oil, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of waterSugarA small spoon
Method:
1.Non-stick PanHeat the oil until slightly warm, then crack in the egg(s)
2. When bubbles form on the edges and the bottom has set, carefully flip it over
3. Add soy sauce and water, and sprinkle with a small spoonful of sugar. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Cooking Tips:
1 When frying a soft-boiled egg, wait until the bottom has set before flipping; handle gently and quickly to avoid breaking the yolk or damaging the entire egg.Egg YolkAdding sugar is to freshen up the salty soy sauce water; no salt is needed as the soy sauce is already quite salty.3 After cooking, crack open the soft-boiled egg.
