How to Cook Soy Sauce River Shrimp

Ingredients:

Main ingredients: 300g Riverside shrimp

Accompaniments: A little scallion,1 small piece of ginger,3 cloves of garlic

Seasonings: 2 teaspoons of cooking wine,Dark soy sauce1 tablespoon,

A little salt

Preparation: Cut the ginger and garlic into slices, chop the scallions;

Steps:

1. Boil water in a pot and bring it to a boil, add washed riverside shrimp. The shrimp will turn red upon heating; use a spoon to stir and flip them until all the shrimp are fully cooked. Remove and drain.

2. Heat oil in another pan, stir-fry ginger and garlic.

3. Add the boiled shrimp, stir-fry for a few seconds then add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
