Dilute 1 teaspoon of gypsum in warm water (usually available at places selling soy milk).2. Heat the soy milk to a boil, then reduce to 80 degrees Celsius and mix in the gypsum solution evenly, allowing it to cool before forming tofu pudding.Sauce preparation:1. Soak golden flower and black fungus in water, wash them (do not discard mushroom water);cut golden flower into small pieces, tear black fungus, chop mushrooms;chop garlic and ginger into fine pieces;beat the egg to make egg liquid.2. Sauté one star anise in a little oil over low heat, then add chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté with mushrooms, before adding golden flower and black fungus for further cooking.3. Pour 2 cups of water into the pot, add salt, soy sauce, MSG, and bring to a boil.Thicken by mixing starch with mushroom water, stir while pouring it back into the pot until it thickens, then pour in egg liquid and add chicken essence before turning off the heat.4.
