Ingredients: 200 grams of mung beans, 180 grams of sugar (or rock sugar, brown sugar), water,Light cream50 grams,GlutinousRice flour
Steps:
1. Rinse the mung beans and soak them in water for more than 2 hours.
2. Add four times the volume of water to the mung beans and cook until boiling, then switch to low heat until the mung beans are soft and mushy. Pay attention to add water if it dries out during cooking.
3. Blend the cooked mung beans and their broth into a paste using a blender.
4.Rice flouris mixed with water, shaped into small balls, boiled until they float (boil for a few more moments), then removed and cooled in cold water, drained, and set aside.
5. Place the mung bean paste in a pot, add sugar and cream, and simmer over low heat until well combined.Mung bean pasteis served in a bowl with the rice flour balls on top.
Serve the glutinous rice balls on top of the sweet red bean paste in a bowl.
