How to Make Shuiguo Tofu Puffs?

The main ingredients are oil.Tofu.150 grams.Mushrooms.(Fresh) 50 grams.Kale.30 grams.

Seasonings:Soy sauce.10 grams sugar 2 gramsMonosodium glutamate (MSG).1 gram cornstarch 5 grams vegetable oil 30 grams sesame oil each an appropriate amountMushrooms.Bean curd cubes.

Stir-fry the mushrooms into slices.Fried tofu.The method:

1. Slice the mushrooms into sheets;

2. Heat a wok, add vegetable oil to stir-fry the mushrooms, then add sugar, soy sauce, clear broth, and fried tofu(Fried tofu);

3. Once the broth boils, transfer to low heat and simmer for about 2 minutes, turning the fried tofu pieces over and simmering for another 2 minutes.
