How to Make Orange Rib Rack?

Ingredients:

PorkRibs,Oranges,Sugar,Soy sauce,Salt,Star anise,Scallions

,

Ginger,Whitesesame seedsWater.

Steps:

1,Ribsshould be soaked in water to remove blood before cooking.

Boil water in a pot and add pork ribs, cook for about half an hour until the ribs are fully cooked.

Extract orange juice from oranges.

4,Heat a pan with oil, add sugar and stir-fry until the sugar melts, turning golden yellow. Add ribs and stir-fry to color them evenly.

Pour in orange juice.

Add scallions, ginger, and star anise.

Add salt.

(I used old, so the color is a bit darker)

8,Add soy sauce.(The color was a bit too dark because I used old instead of )9,

Cook until the sauce thickens. Add a little white sesame seeds as a garnish, then serve in a dish.
