Curry Chicken Wings:

1. Clean the chicken wings thoroughly, use toothpicks or a fork to poke small holes for better seasoning penetration.2. Sauté garlic and ginger, star anise, and chili until fragrant, add sliced bell peppers, carrots, and onion cubes, stir-fry well then add water, ensuring it covers the ingredients by about 1/3 inch.3. After boiling, add chicken wings along with 2-3 blocks of curry powder (using medium-spicy curry powder), as the curry powder is already seasoned, no additional seasonings are needed.

4. Add sliced onions, cut into small pieces for easier cooking and better fusion with the curry sauce. Cook until thickened before serving.
