红花羊排是那曲当地特色热门菜系之一,用当地藏红花将羊排经过特别腌制。在冬季食用羊肉不仅可以增加人体热量,抵御寒冷,而且还能增加消化酶,保护胃壁,修复胃粘膜,帮助脾胃消化,起到抗衰老的作用;

原料:藏红花少许、羊排骨2斤、盐8克、水搅豆粉2钱、生姜5克。
做法:1、先把少量藏红花放入冷水中浸泡。2、羊排骨切成块状,在化好的酥油中烧好,放入盐、生姜、水,快要烧熟的时候加上事先浸泡好的藏红花和水搅豆粉,再烧至出沸泡即可端上菜碟,火侯中等。
