椿芽炒蛋
简介
春芽炒蛋又名香椿炒蛋,是恩施当地特色家常菜。以新鲜香椿嫩芽和鸡蛋为材料的家常菜,春芽炒蛋制作简单,香气浓郁,具有丰富的营养价值。
做法
1、春芽洗净,挑出最嫩的部分切碎(最好不要长太老的叶子,会影响味道);2、葱花切好备用,香肠切片;3、打匀鸡蛋,把春芽放入鸡蛋里调匀,在锅里放入混合油(猪油加菜油),待油温八成热把春芽混合的鸡蛋液放入,煎煎即好,蛋饼出锅后把香肠放入略炒;4、装盘撒上葱花即可
