简介
辣酒煮肥牛做法简单,是恩施当地特色菜之一。食材中含有金针菇、牛肉可以再寒冬季节尽情食用可暖胃,是该季节的补益佳品。
做法
主料:肥牛片150克,金针菇200克。调料:色拉油10克,花雕酒150克,辣椒油50克,干辣椒、青椒、红椒各3条,盐、味精、胡椒粉各4克,香油2克。
食材做法:1、用肥牛片把10条金针菇卷成一小束,照此法将肥牛条、金针菇卷完。2、起锅放底油,烧五成热后爆香干辣椒、青红椒条,加高汤、花雕酒、辣椒油、肥牛卷、盐、味精、胡椒粉,旺火煮5分钟,盛盆内淋香油即可。
