材料:刺儿菜250g、醋8ml、味精2g、蒜3g、芝麻油5ml
酱拌刺儿菜的做法
1.刺菜洗干净
2.准备几颗生蒜、黄豆酱一瓶
3.烧开一锅水
4.把刺菜放进去
5.等变色后捞出
6.取黄豆酱一勺,加入味精,醋,香油拌匀
7.把调好的酱放在控干水份的刺菜上
8.搅拌均匀,装盘后撒上蒜沫就可以了
