  1.刺菜洗干净

  2.准备几颗生蒜、黄豆酱一瓶

  3.烧开一锅水

  5.等变色后捞出

  6.取黄豆酱一勺,加入味精,香油拌匀

  7.把调好的酱放在控干水份的刺菜上
