How to make Osmanthus Flower Glutinous Rice with Lotus Root
1 Choose two sections of lotus root (require relatively straight, slightly older ones are better)
2 Wash clean with fruit
3 Cut off one end (about 4-5cm) to use as a lid

4 Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 2 hours, then drain the water
5 Slowly pack the glutinous rice into the small hole in the lotus root section and use chopsticks to help press and compact

12 Remove the lotus root and slice it

Pour the remaining juice over the sliced lotus root after boiling it to a thick consistency over high heat
