2. Add scallion, ginger, salt, chicken powder,pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sesame oil to the pork filling, and mix well;
3. Heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is 60% hot, sauté the scallion and ginger, then add the shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and carrot pieces and stir-fry;4. Add salt and chicken powder to taste, and cook for a moment, then remove from heat;5. Mix the pork filling with the cooked filling evenly.Soy sauceShaoxing wine, sesame oil, stir well and set aside;
3 Heat oil in a pan, when oil is 60% hot, sauté with chopped scallions and ginger, then add shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and diced carrots and stir-fry;
4 Add salt and chicken broth to adjust seasoning, briefly stir and turn off the heat, then remove;
5 Mix the ground meat with the stir-fried filling and stir well.
