Instructions

1. Wash and dry the heart-shaped Chinese cabbage, chop into small pieces, mince the garlic, and set aside.

2. Heat a wok with a suitable amount of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, pour in half of the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
