Cilantro, lamb slices,green peppers,cumin powder, salt,peanuts,oil,soy sauce,chicken broth.Method:

1. Wash and chop the cilantro and green peppers into small pieces;

2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the lamb slices with an appropriate amount of soy sauce and cumin powder;

3. Add green peppers and cilantro, season with salt and stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed. Add chicken broth before serving.

Method:

1. Wash and cut the beef into small pieces, then blanch in water to remove blood. Wash and chop the cilantro.2. Add water to the pot, add onion, ginger, star anise, and beef, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and cool.2. Chop the cilantro, mince the garlic, and shred the duck breast.3. Heat a wok and sauté the flower and chili flakes until fragrant. Add the minced ginger, garlic, and shredded duck.4. Heat oil in a wok and drizzle over the minced garlic and chili flakes. Add vinegar, light soy sauce, cilantro, andchili oil. Mix well.

1. Place the duck meat in a pot with water, add two slices of ginger and a splash of yellow wine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.2. Chop the coriander and garlic, and mince the garlic. Shred the duck meat and place it in a bowl.3. Prepare a clean pot, add peppercorns and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the minced ginger and garlic to the bowl with the duck meat.

4. Heat a pot with oil, pour the hot oil over the minced garlic and chili peppers. Then add white vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, coriander, and

chili oil.
