Shaoxing wine.

Method:

1. Wash and cut the pork belly into large pieces;2. Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces;Soak the noodles in warm water;

3. Place the pork belly in cold water, bring to a boil and blanch to remove impurities;4. In a pot, add water, scallions, ginger, garlic, star anise, Chinese parsley,and Sichuan peppercorns, bring to a boil and add the pork belly, then boil again and add Shaoxing wine;

5. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to medium, cook for 40 minutes, until the soup turns white, add soy sauce, salt, and white sugar to adjust the seasoning;6. After removing the scallions, ginger, and garlic, let the pork belly marinate for 10 minutes, then remove;Heat open and add five flower meat, then cook, add Sha wine;

7. Add the noodles and stew for 5 minutes, then add the Chinese cabbage and stew for 3 minutes, then add the cooked pork, stir and serve.Fire40 minutes, wait for the broth to turn white, add soy sauce, salt, and sugar to season;

After removing scallion, ginger, and garlic, let the five flower meat absorb the flavor for 10 minutes, then remove;

Add vermicelli noodles and cook for 5 minutes, then add cabbage and cook for 3 minutes, then add the meat, stir and serve.

Ingredients

Pork, noodles, Chinese cabbage, cornstarch,soy saucesalt, five-spice powder, scallions, dark soy sauce.

Method:

1. Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, soak and cut the noodles;

2. Cut the pork into slices and marinate with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and five-spice powder for 10 minutes;

3. Heat the pot, sauté scallion oil, then add the pork and stir-fry until browned, then add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry;

4. Add the noodles and hot water, just enough to cover the ingredients;

5. Add dark soy sauce and salt to adjust the seasoning, bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to cook until the soup thickens;

Pork and green leafy vegetable with vermicelli

Ingredients

Pork belly, Chinese cabbage, noodles, potatoes, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, ginger, garlic.

Method:

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, put it in cold water, add ginger and Shaoxing wine, blanch and set aside;

2. Heat the oil, add Sichuan peppercorns and ginger slices when heated, stir-fry until fragrant;

3. Remove the ginger slices, add cinnamon and star anise and stir-fry;

4. Add the pork belly and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add ginger slices and Shaoxing wine, cover and steam for 3 minutes;

5. Once boiling, add a little dark soy sauce and stir-fry, then add hot water to cover the pork belly;

6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, then add the potatoes, cover and continue cooking;

7. After another 30 minutes, add the Chinese cabbage, salt, and soy sauce, and continue cooking;

8. After another 30 minutes, add the noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.
