The method for making fresh lotus root braised pork:

1.cut meat into pieces and marinate with 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of cooking wine, and 1 tea spoon of honey, adding 3 slices of ginger;marinate for 10 minutes2. slice lotus root into small pieces, blanch in water and add

white vinegar3. heat dry wok;

4. add a block of white fermented tofu and a block of red fermented tofu, add with broth to the pot, cook over mediumfire for 10 minutes
