Pork bellyis stir-fried.Dried tofuingredients: pork belly, tea-flavored dried tofu;Mushrooms,Chinese chives,and beaten eggs;;soy sauce, and green onions,ginger,garlic.
The method for stir-frying pork belly with dried tofu:
1) Cut the pork belly, dried tofu into slices, chop Chinese chives into segments, and beat the eggs in a bowl;
2) Heat oil in a wok, add the beaten eggs and fry until fully cooked, then remove them;
3) Add the pork belly to the wok, stir-fry until it releases its fat, then add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, followed by adding dried tofu, Chinese chives, mushrooms, and the eggs, stir-fry evenly before serving.
