How to make steamed red seabream with white flesh and red skin yam?

YamSteamRed Seabream ingredients: yam, red seabream, green onions, fresh ginger, garlic;garlic;soy sauce, salt, chicken powder,sugar;yam steamed red seabream method:1. Heat wok with oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, add red seabream and stir-fry, season with soy sauce, then arrange the red seabream on the steamed yam;

2. Heat wok with oil again, add green onion whites and stir-fry, pour over the red seabream and yam, add chicken powder, sugar, salt, and soy sauce, mix well and serve out;

3. Boil water in steamer pot, transfer the served red seabream to the steamer pot, steam for 8 to 10 minutes.

Continue heating the pot with oil, add the white part of the scallion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour over the red sea cucumber yam, adding chicken powder, sugar, salt, and soy sauce, stir evenly and remove.

3. Put the steamed red sea cucumber yam into a steamer pot with boiling water and steam for 8 to 10 minutes before removing.
