How to cook dried mushroom and rice vermicelli:
1. Pre-soak the rice vermicelli in hot water, blanch the dried shiitake mushrooms in boiling water.
2. In a pot, bring water or stock to a boil, add the rice vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms, season with a little salt, cook until the rice vermicelli is soft and the shiitake mushrooms are cooked, then add sesame oil and chopped green onion before serving.
