How to make Sichuan-style hot beef with pepper:

Step 1: Cook the beef in (or buy pre-cooked );Step 2: Slice the cucumber and beef, then place them on a bowl;Step 3: Chop the Szechuan pepper and scallion leaves finely, add salt, MSG, chicken essence, sesame oil into a seasoning bowl;

Step 4: Pour the seasonings over the beef slices, and finally add red chili oil.

Step 3: Finely chop the fried Sichuan peppers and scallion leaves together, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken, and oil into the seasoning bowl.

Step 4: Pour the seasonings from the seasoning bowl over the beef, and finally drizzle with red oil.
