Ingredients:
Chicken breastScallions
GingerGarlic (white)
Sesame seeds Chili flakesRice flour
Bread crumbsEggs
Rice bran oilRice vinegar
Oyster sauceChili sauce
Dark soy sauce Steps:
* Cut the chicken breast into strips and grind it in a meat grinder to make a paste.
* Finely chop the scallions, ginger to a juice, and mince the garlic.
* Add rice bran oil, chili flakes, eggs, chopped scallions, bread crumbs, ginger juice, minced garlic, and mix well.
* Form the chicken into balls, place them on a baking tray, and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes on both sides.
* Prepare the sauce by mixing rice vinegar, rice bran oil, chili sauce, dark soy sauce, and ginger juice in a bowl.
Chickenballs, apply the sauce, and bake again in the oven for 2 more minutes.
* Remove the chicken balls from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds or peanut powder and scallions, and garnish with fruit skewers.
Sauce is applied to the baked chicken ball and placed in
the ovenfor another 2 minutes.
Chicken ball is removed from the oven, placed on a plate,
sprinkled with peanut powder or white sesame seeds,scallions, and served with fruit skewers.
