First.Boil a pot of water and add the cabbage to cook until the color becomes bright, about 3 minutes.Turn off the heat, leave the vegetables in the water for another 2 minutes, then cool them in cold water, drain, and set aside. Cut the pork belly into pieces and boil them in the same water for 2 minutes before draining and setting aside.
