How to make cucumber gourd meatballs:

1. Place the pork mince in a bowl and mix with chopped green onions and ginger, salt, MSG, pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sesame oil. Stir until well combined, then add half an egg white and one spoon of cornstarch, stir in one direction to firm up the mixture, and knead for several minutes to make the meat more sticky.

2. Peel the cucumber and cut it into dice.

3. Heat some oil in a pot, add the minced green onions and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant, then add water, salt, and MSG. Boil the mixture slightly.
