place sufficient water in the pressure cooker, rinse coix seeds, and add them to the pot;
add cornmeal,select in the ingredient options, choose the cooking mode,and start cooking.Once it reaches a warm state, press the exhaust button until all steam is released, open the lid and sprinkle toasted black sesame seeds on top.

Prepare all necessary ingredients beforehand;ingredients are ready for use;;

place water in the pressure cooker, clean coix seeds, and add them to the pot;

Add the cornmeal, cover the pot with the lid, select miscellaneous grains for ingredients, and choose porridge as the cooking method; press the start button.

Wait until it enters the keep-warm state, then press the exhaust button on the lid. Wait for all the steam to escape before opening the pot and sprinkling in the roasted sesame seeds.

1 Corn is known as corn or maize. Cornmeal comes in large and small grains; here, we use the smaller grain size.2 Use roasted sesame seeds; add them after cooking.3 When cooking Job's tears with a pressure cooker, there is no need to soak it beforehand as it will become soft and tender.
