I originally did not like eatingokra.I disliked its sticky texture;but now I eat it frequently because of its nutritional value and how better it tastes that I prepare it, ha-ha ^-^.Okra contains abundant vitamins and minerals. It is rich in zinc and selenium, among other trace elements, which help enhance the body's anti-cancer capabilities.The sticky liquid in okra tender fruits includes pectin and mucopolysaccharides, among other polysaccharides.Mucopolysaccharides can boost the body's resistance, maintain the smoothness of joint membranes and serous membranes within joint cavities, reduce the accumulation of lipid substances on arterial walls, and prevent atrophy of connective tissue in the liver and kidneys.

Main ingredients: okra (200g), fresh shrimp (200g)
Seasonings: pickled chili peppers (2 pieces), garlic (1 piece)ginger (1 piece), salt ( ), oil ( ), rice wine ( )Cooking tools: wok
Preparation of fried okra with shrimp:

   1. Ingredients;

 Tip:

Okra is best blanched first.

Blanching before cutting can ensure that the sticky liquid inside the okra does not leak out.I prefer it mild and original. If you like otherseasonings, feel free to add them.
