Method:

1 Wash and cut the salmon head into small piecesSalmon headClean and cut into small pieces

Tips:

1 Use real black pepper flakes, don't settle forWhite Pepperpowder!Better yet, use cumin instead

2 You can also coat it with barbeque sauce or barbeque juice before baking
