Rinse the chicken wing roots, blanch them briefly.

Place the durian flesh, chicken wing roots, and cleaned red dates in a pot.

Cover the pot with a lid, use a largeFireto bring to a boil.

Remove the lid, turn off the heat.

Transfer the entire contents into an electric slow cooker.

Cover the pot and plug it in, select the [Quick Cook] button for 2 hours.

When done, unplug the device.

Remove the lid and serve.(The soup is very fragrant and sweet; no additional seasonings are needed. For those who prefer a stronger taste, you can add a small amount of salt if desired.)
