How to make pork belly stewed with corn and sugar cane

1.Ingredients:Rice corn, sugarcane, and pork belly.

2. Clean the corn and sugarcane, then cut the corn into pieces;Cut the sugarcane into pieces and smash it.

3. Wash the pork belly, blanch it once, then wash it again.

4. Put all ingredients in a cooking pot.

5. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 2 hours.

6. Add appropriate amount of corn oil, bring to a boil.

7. Turn off the fire.
