  Cucumber250g

Preparation for Stir-fried Cucumber

1. Wash the cucumber, remove the stem

2. Cut into strips about 4 cm long and 1 cm wide

3. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for a while

4. Drain off the water from the cucumber

5. Chop the dried red chili peppers finely

6. Slice the scallions diagonally into small pieces
