Danggui Lycium Clear-Stewed Jumping Fish

Ingredients
Spotted sole fishMore than 1 catty
Chinese angelica root2 slices
Goji berriesHalf a handful
WaterTwo or three cups
Steps for clear stewed spotted sole fish with Chinese angelica and goji berries

1. Place the spotted sole in the inner pot, pour in cooking wine to cover, and steam them with the lid on.

2.After they are dazed by the alcohol, add the Chinese angelica root, goji berries, and several cups of water. Add 2 cups of water to the outer pot. Press the button, and it's done. The stew will rise when cooked; adjust seasoning with a little salt if desired (I do not season it as I find it naturally sweet).Note
