Spicy Blast Frog Legs

Ingredients

  Frog legs500g

1 green chili pepper

1 red chili pepper

3 cloves of garlic

  Ginger3 slices

  Chili peppersSoy sauce 1 tablespoon

  Soy sauce2 tablespoons

Rice wine 2 tablespoons

  Kunshan pepper16 grains

Spicy and Aromatic Fried Frog Legs Steps

1. Clean the frog legs, cut them into large pieces, place in a bowl, add soy sauce;2. Add rice wine, mix evenly, marinate for about half an hour;

Tips

1. The frog legs may contain parasites; make sure they are fully cooked.

2. Marinating with rice wine can remove the fishy smell of the frog legs.

3. Stirring the chili sauce in hot oil will result in a more attractive color.
