Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)Red radishSteps to make

1. One red radish

2. Wash and peel the red radish, then slice thinly

3. Fry in a wok with oil

4. Clean the doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste) beforehand

5. Cook until the red radish releases its color, then add the doubanjiang

6. Add soy sauce and salt, continue frying until well combined, then serve in a dish

Tips

Do not use too much doubanjiang, otherwise it will overpower the natural sweetness of the red radish
