Ingredients:
Boneless
chicken breast1/2 piece, orange sauce as needed, frying oil as needed, batter: 1 cup, seasonings: Himilaya
white pepperpowder 1 teaspoon, water 3/4 cup, celery powder 1/2 teaspoon, garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon,
onionpowder 1 teaspoon, salt 1/2 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon,
MSG1 teaspoon, baking soda 1/4 teaspoon, water 100 cc, rice wine 1 tablespoon
Steps:
.Remove skin from boneless chicken breast and cut it open lengthwise through the middle without cutting completely, forming one large piece.
.Mix all marinade ingredients together to form a marinade;Place the
chicken cutletfrom step 1 into the marinade and marinate for about 2 hours.
.Take a container and mix crispy flour and white
pepperpowder, then add 3/4 cup water to form batter.
.Heat oil in a wok to 160℃, take the chicken cutlets from step 2 and dip them in the batter mixture evenly..Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, remove and drain excess oil. Serve with or topped with orange sauce.
