Preparation Process
.Wash buckwheat, brown rice, barley, oats, and job's tears. Soak in water for about 4 hours, then cook in a rice cooker until done, set aside.
.Wash red carrots and cut into thin strips; marinate with sugar, salt, and vinegar until soft;Boil sweet potato leaves and young carrot leaves in boiling water with half a teaspoon of salt. Remove after about 1-2 minutes, rinse with cold water, then squeeze dry and set aside.
.Take about 30 grams of the mixed grain from step 1 and flatten it on your palm. Add some tuna flakes, and arrange the red carrot, sweet potato leaves, and young carrot leaves from step 2. Shape into a small rice ball.
The five grains consist of brown rice, buckwheat, barley, oats, and job's tears. They contain more fiber and vitamins than white rice but less starch. They are suitable for those who want to lose weight.
