How to Make Eight Treasure Rice

Ingredients: This recipe makes 2 bowls ofmung bean rice.The quantity for 1 bowl is 250 grams.
Black glutinous rice150 grams,white glutinous rice200 grams.mung beans150 grams, honey.dates10 pieces,lotus seeds20 seeds,walnuts
10 seeds,raisinsdry50 pieces, small ones.red dates20 pieces.lard20 gramssugar.
Steps:
1 Soak the dates, lotus seeds, and walnuts in water for one day. Drain when ready to use.
mix the black and white rice thoroughly with water just above the surface of the rice by 1.5 cm; less if you prefer a drier result, then cook on an electric rice cooker.Cook until the rice is done;reserve.mix the hot rice with sugar and lard, stir well.Take a round-bottom bowl, arrange the honey dates, lotus seeds, walnuts, raisins, and small red dates neatly at the bottom of the bowl. Then, wearing plastic gloves, grab a handful of the cooked rice and press it into the bowl, making sure to press against the sides as well.
Take
mung bean paste
and press it into the indentation in the center. Cover with more cooked rice, pressing down firmly to level out the surface.Place the prepared eight-treasure rice into a steamer and steam over medium-low heat for 50 minutes.Press into the indentation, then take an appropriate amount of rice to cover the red bean paste filling and press firmly flat;
6 Place the prepared eight-treasure glutinous rice intosteamer;use medium-low heat to steam for 50 minutes;
