Three|
1, Lay a seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat and spread rice evenly. Place the chicken strips, carrot strips, and egg skin strips at one side.
2, Sprinkle a little white sesame seeds on top of the rice, then drizzle some of the remaining sauce over the chicken.
3, Roll up tightly, using the bamboo mat if necessary to ensure it is neat.
4, Cut into small pieces.
5, Enjoy with more sauce.
Tips:1, Leave a space around the edges when laying down rice on seaweed to prevent the seam from bulging out.

2, Press the rice down lightly after spreading it for better texture and appearance of the cut surface.
3, First roughly roll with the bamboo mat, then unfold and re-roll twice to correct any shape issues, making the rice rolls look more attractive.
4, Wetting the knife helps in slicing.
5, Don't overcook the chicken, or it will become tough.
6, Dip the rolls in sauce for better taste.
5 You can dip it in some teriyaki sauce and then bite into it.

Tips:
1 When laying the rice on the seaweed, try to leave a ring around the edges, so that the rice doesn't bulge out at the seam when rolled up.
2 Use a spoon to press down the rice after spreading it, so that the rice isn't loose when cut, and the cut surface looks better.
3 You can roughly roll it with a bamboo mat first, then unfold it and roll it again to slightly correct its shape, making the sushi roll look nicer.
4 To make cutting easier, moisten the knife with water.
5 Don't fry the chicken for too long, or it will become tough.
6 Dipping it in teriyaki sauce before biting into it enhances the flavor even more.
