Ingredients:
Black rice100 grams, river
Shrimp50 grams,
EggOne, refined oil and a proper amount of fine salt.
Makes:
Wash the black rice and add water to steam it in a steamer basket.
Steam until cooked,shrimp drain in a sieve after blanching. In the same hot pan, scramble the beaten egg until cooked, then mix in the cooked black rice and shrimp, adding salt and stir-fry together before serving in a bowl.
