How to Make Banana Milk Pudding

Ingredients/
Banana1 stalk, gelatin 10 grams, fine sugar 80 grams, fresh milk 600 ml

Steps/
1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces, set aside.
2. Mix the gelatin and fine sugar first, then add the fresh milk and stir until well combined. Heat over low heat until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved, then pour into a mold.
3. When the pudding is half-set, place the banana pieces inside. Once fully cooled, turn out onto a plate.
