★Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry
Radicchioand bell pepper slices with a little salt until evenly cooked, add Korean red peppercorn sauce and stir-fry for a moment, add a little water, simmer for two minutes, then pour tomato sauce, sprinkle
black pepper, stir to combine and thicken the sauce
★Stir-fry the sauce while boiling water for the noodles. Do not overcook the noodles. Once cooked, scoop out, mix with the sauce, and plate. Garnish with halved hard-boiled eggs.
ps: I followed the method for making year cake dumplings,
NianGaoand the taste is really just as good as a 20 yuan bowl of it. Since I don't eat year cake, this ingredient was omitted. If you like it, add the year cake yourself.
