Ingredients::
2 long purple eggplants
potatoes3 pieces
tomatoes1-2 pieces
mushrooms2 small portions
Cilantroa little bit
green onions
a little bit of salt
a little bit of sugarA little bit
sesame seedsoil
chicken powder (optional)
1 teaspoon of chili paste

Steps:
1. potatoes
eggplantswash,
steamuntil cooked;cut tomatoes into pieces, slice mushrooms and stir-fry until done, then set aside.




2. mix the steamed eggplants and potatoes, mash them but do not make them into a puree, add the stir-fried mushrooms and tomatoes as well as other seasonings and mix evenly. refrigerate before serving for better taste.
